After such great reviews about the staff at Trio, Evanston, I just had to check out if this salon was the "real-deal." This is not a hosh-posh salon--yeah! Everyone is down-to-earth and approachable. :-) I had booked my appt for a haircut with Rosa and color with Kat. Not only were both ladies talented they were hospitable to boot! I had not had a hair cut since April, and just was utterly lost, thankfully Rosa evaluated my hair type (slightly wavy) and came up with some great suggestions that would suit wearing my hair both wavy or straight. Her precision cut added volume and movement to my hair--that I never thought would be possible! Rosa's haircut gave my hair more mobility and complemented the shape of my face. As for color, Kat took a systematic approach in how I could slowly soften my hair color (I came in with Florescent yellow hair) after she thoughroughly explained what she had in mind, I was psyched. The final result...fabulous, multi-faceted, hair color complementing my skin tone and cut. She's a dream come true!! I came home from the salon, and my husband was so delighted! He said, "After 3 years of switching salons...you finally got it right!" I couldn't agree more! I'll be seeing both Rosa and Kat in the future!!! Thanks gals!!!
