Bottom line? we've been there for 2 weddings. Both times they tell you what you want to hear and then come back and say "they dont know who told you that, but its not true" both times the bride ends up in tears. Both times the company DOES NOTHING to help promote you coming back to their store. the contract they make you sign gives you NO recourse. it basically states that if you decided you dont want to work with them, they still get to keep your money. heads up! this is a family owned business. the three siblings own 3 different stores ! the paperwork is the same at all three and the genral attitude is the same at at least two. do not let these people convince you that they are willing to work with you. you will be in tears and out hundreds of dollars Pros: seem nice in person Cons: will change their tune once they have your $
