Got a brand new bike from them, when I got there they stuck me right into finance and told me the bike was in detail, so I had not seen the actual bike out of the crate yet. Well right after signing the paper work the sale person took me out to my new bike and then told me that there had been some crate damage, but they were going to take care of all of it. For the record the damage was BAD. Gas tank dented and gouged, both sides of the bikes plastic needed to be replaced plus the top storage compartment, and one of the side bags smashed. But ok, no problem they will take care of it. Sales guy tells me a week for the parts, NOPE a month. Then I take it in to let them fix it and see them trying to rig up the wrong tank they got to make it work. The tech actually told me that if they cut some wires and rig it right, it could work with this part. RIG UP A BRAND NEW BIKE… WHAT!!!! So I tell him just use the old tank so nothing has to be CUT. Later the sales guy rides up on it hands me the keys. Yeah all had be fixed except the jacked up tank. I told him that of course I am not happy, it’s a brand new bike. I didn’t pay for a smashed one. Get me another bike or fix this one right. He said he would get back to me about getting the right tank, last I heard it was ordered but no word yet, its been 3 months now. I have bought 3 brand new bikes from them and can not believe how the service there has changed for the worse. So be careful they can not be trusted. Looking back, after I saw the damage I should have walked back in shredded the deal and demanded a new bike. But I thought I could trust them. Fool me once I guess.
