Review content:
Initially, Bruce was very open and honest about his quality and service guarantee. Upon completion of the work however, it turned out that the entire curbing work needed replacement due to poor material quality. The concrete mix was contaminated and could be worn away with my finger. We asked Bruce to repair the work. His response was that he was no longer licensed in NV as he have moved his operations to San Diego. After several heated discussions, he agreed to redo some of the work, but not all. I had to threaten with legal action before he finally agreed to have another company here in Las Vegas come to do the repairs. Sure enough, this new company agreed that the initial work was extremely poor quality and ALL needed to be redone. Now Bruce is trying to charge me for the haul-a-way costs of the original poor materials. What a lair and cheat! AVOID this company like the plague!
