Yoga works offers Prenatal Yoga classes for expecting moms, and Children's Yoga classes.
For mothers with infants aged six weeks to 3 years, the Mommy and Me class can be a wonderful way to understad the small child and identify his interests. While the youngsters play with the toys, the moms do a full work-out. Infants and toddlers alike will enjoy the social interaction.
During the class, Rocki peppers her instruction with useful mothering tips and the exercises offer hope for the flabby tmmies
