Picked up on Sunday night - January 30 from JFK.
Driver was completely unprofessional. No need to be friendly- but guy did the absolute minimum and don't know why why I am paying US$100 for a ride that is the same or worse than a regular cab.
Complained to the hotel that set up the arrangment- they are following up.
Car was dirty- driver asked for my card and then ended up making me wait outside the car to process my card.
By far the worst car service I have ever used- recommend select 7 car service and will use them from now on instead of depending on the hotel to set up the car.
