Review content:
A failed switch caused a complete power failure-so call Mr Quik-and they were; as well as courteous.Very nice call staff and technician.But policy comes from the top management. The tech zeroed in on the breaker box and no further,then morphed into "Mr.Quote" ,a new $2,800. replacement was the solution - NOT!
Mr.Quik is one of many companys that put replace ,promotion & profit far above repair,profession & people;sad.
The solution was to call Advance Electric, who in less time,went beyond (think outside the box) the breaker box, repairing the switch and remedied the problem $150. I thank Advance for doing what was right ,not what was easy.
