Review content:
The instructors & agents were friendly and welcoming and compared to other schools the course looked more involved. Getting to work in group made it appear more lifelike (you behind bar; "customer" in chair) and made it more fun and less stressful. The teacher was very upfront & honest about what to expect; he helped prepare us mentally & emotionally for our tests & for the 'real world'. He was funny & I liked how he drew on his own life experiences as a bartender & incorporated it into the class.
