Businiess name:  Tokyo Japanese Restaurant

Review content:
Truth be told, my fiance and I can be a bit pretentious when it comes to sushi. We moved up to the Portland area a little over a year ago and were certain we'd be blown away by the sushi up here, with Portland's close accessibility to fresh fish and it's "Foodie" reputation. Suffice it to say, we were more than a little disappointed with what we found. We had searched diligently all over the area for a satisfactory restaurant, and found ourselves quite flabbergasted that the best sushi we had previously was in Reno (great fish in the desert, who'd have thought). Then, we found Tokyo. We've only been there once, but the experience much exceeded that of what we expected. The food was amazing, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Either our standards have dropped since moving up here, or we truly have discovered a gem. Pros: location (walking distance from our house), food, service, ambience.. Cons: A little expensive, but I usually expect to drop a few bills when I'm out getting sushi
