This place is the best sushi I've tried in Portland. I've had my fair share of skimpy rolls and not-quite-as-fresh stuff in a couple of the more "popular" sushi spots, completely over-paid in some of the "high-end" places, and it was only since I've found Tokyo Restaurant that I finally have a go-to restaurant that we frequent weekly.
The three-roll special is really the selling point if you love good sushi - you can't beat the quality and freshness of the fish, and the price is great on top of that! We always love the unique combinations that Charlie comes up with. Kani Spicy Tuna roll is one of our absolute faves!
This is a small place that has a great family feel to it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great meal.
