I have spent well over $3,000 with this company. Their first technician said the 'fix' would be to just refill the freon.
When this solution didn't work, Aliso Air sent out another technician who diagnosed the 'fix' to be the replacement of a coil. The service manager said he would give me a credit from the first repair disaster to be applied towards the coil replacement. He never did and unfortunately, the 'fix' /coil replacement did not work.
To no surprise, Aliso Air came back and said (after 2 failed attempts at a 'fix' and me out several thousand dollars), that the final 'fix' would be the installation of a new compressor.
I chose to go to someone else who not only did a stellar job, but did it much cheaper than Aliso Air. If you want your air conditioning problems to be fixed - DO NOT use Aliso Air.
Cons: Technicians do not do a thorough job of diagnosing problem
