I purchased 6 Mark Roberts Fairies in Jan 2011. I should have thought to read the reviews of this business but failed to do so.
I was not given the UPS tracking number at the time I purchased them but was told the fairies would be mailed the next day and then given a phone call to give me the tracking number. I was NOT called the next day or the next week and finally had to call to get the tracking number. I was told by the owner that she had forgotten the number at her home and she would call the next morning.Making a long story short, it took me two days to finally get someone to give me the tracking number.I paid for the toll calls, and felt as if I was getting the run a round every time I called.
I finally received the fairies.I will never order from this store again. I am telling everyone i can about the shabby way the store is run.
BTW, my credit card was debited the day fter my purchase on the phone.
Do NOT order from this store if you're smart. Look other places....like City Lights!They offer free shipping too!
Oh, and not even a follow up apology for my inconvenience.
As far as "readings"Elena ,the owner,should have 'read" the frustration she was causing me and jsut simply given me the tracking number for the fairies! It was a simple thing to do on her part. Se should also 'read" my frustration now and call to apologize for the lack of professionalism she showed.
