I am the Operations Manager for the Storage Facility listed here and felt it was appropriate to respond to the first comment that was posted to this site about our facility. The situation above (and yes we know who it is due to the email address and the statement itself) did not happen the way that it has been presented here. The customer that wrote the above about our facility did not turn in a notice, did not follow the procedures for vacating and was not charged for any time that he did not use. Secondly, I will not apologize for my faith but I don't normally bring it up unless someone else does. This customer came in and was having personal problems and opened up to me and my wife about it, we (he included) are christians and we attempted to encourage this person in their time of need using scriptures to assist him. Obviously he is offended by our attempt at support and instead of keeping this on a professional level has decided to take this to a public forum for dissemination amongst strangers and potential customers. About our Facility, We have one of the largest selections of unit sizes and types in Little Rock, for over 4 years our management has maintained one of the highest occupancy rates in the State of Arkansas and have faithfully served thousands of satisfied customers in the years we have managed this facility. We also operate a Penske truck leasing operation that won "Best in Customer Service" in 2007 along with a Contract United States Post Office. Our standards are high when it comes to assisting customers and if you stop in and visit you will see why. Our state-of-the art facility is maintained with you the customer in mind. We are open 7 days a week and only close on or near Federal Holidays. We clearly explain our policies and procedures to all new customers and provide written copies of our lease and vacate policies so that we don't have issues like the one described above.
