Movers were supposed to be here yesterday at 9 am and never showed. I called and left messages at all 3 extensions and emailed 2 different relocation specialists. never heard back. It's now monday night and i still have yet to hear from them. the supervisor's voicemail box is conveniently FULL so I can't leave a message there. Our week is totally f*d up now. We were supposed to be out of this house today...now we need an extension from our landlord. I just booked with another company who can't get here till Thursday at the soonest. Since I can't get anyone to return my call I just called my cc company to dispute the $250 deposit they charged me on 11/2. Save yourself the hassle....don't use this company. Oh and the new company i'm using told me that these guys have an "F" rating with the BBB. Wish I knew that a couple a weeks ago.
