Worked with Dan Bross to purchase our new Sonata. Other nearby dealerships had shifty price quotes (including a bunch of discounts we weren't qualified for), tried really high pressure selling right from the start, and/or just had a general feel of underhanded sleaziness. Hyundai of Kirkland had the right combination of low price, convenient location, and good vibe. No upselling, token offering of additional services with no pushiness, kept in excellent contact with us. Dan was very committed to making sure we were happy with our purchase and that everything went smoothly. Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had, and easily the nicest car I've ever owned.
