I hae asked on numberous occasions to be removed from the reminder list as I would NEVER go back to the practice. Even when I make my apopintment time flexible so that I can see a specific dentist, upon arrival, I learn that my request in NOT honored. I had a very bad experience with my root canal work doen n the office, that bothers me to this day. And I have been frustrated by totally contrdicting recommendations for care from the different dentists who have seen me despite my reqeusts for the same dentist each time. Tom Tremback, MD
