Review content:
The salon is lovely, the personal are friendly but I left the salon very dissatisfied. In that it was my first visit, I brought in a photo of what my hair looks like on a normal basis plus 2 others to show the stylist the changes in style and color I wanted to make. Over $200 later, I had color that in no way blended (I'm actually horrified by the root color)and a cut that was nearly the exact one I walked in with. The stylist knew that I was not happy and told me that I could come back in within 7 days and she would fix it free of charge if I decided I couldn't live with it. I will probably give her the chance but I am so upset by the experience that I just want to cry.
