BECK'S Furniture gets a poor rating for their customer service. We just purchased a piece of furniture and had an issue with the construction. SEVERAL calls and days later it is still not resolved. When we speak with people in the department they are so short with us and not helpful at all. It is unfortunate for the sales team there because they are so nice and they will not get return business if the customer service fails. In this failing economy you would think that business' would do everything in their power to make a customer happy since they are spending money in their store. Well Beck's you really should listen to your customers. We want BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! That means a friendly voice on the other end of the phone, an assuring message that everything will be taken care of, prompt follow up calls and if needed speedy repair/replacement with no/minimal cost to the customer. I hope you hear this and take note.

Cons: Very poor customer service, poor follow up
