The first assesment was incorrect. I brought the glasses back. Today I received a corrected bill. I have been charged twice for an office visit. I was rushed out today and no one explained the invoice to me. Dr said I was getting "Reading" glasses. They cost $200?? Single vision glasses, not computer classes cost $200?? My insurance shows my copay at $10 per lens for single vision yet you charged me $46 for each lens? I received a refund of $132 which was not explained to me. Someone needs to call me and explain why I was billed this way, I don't have time to go back to your office.
