Review content:
I recently purchased a nine-year-old car at less-than-book price, but in need of repair. So, I took it over to the Bothell Way Garage. Bothell Way worked on the car, off & on, for about two months, eventually succeeding in eliminating most of the problems. During that time, I found their work to be professional and competent. Their diagnoses were always thoughtful and accurate, usually accompanied by drawings, and convinced me that I was getting a fair deal, most of all without the cost of superfluous and unnecessary work. (Usually, when you take your car to the dealer, he doesn't take the time to look at it closely, replaces more parts than necessary, and often the car still doesn't work!) Recently, my family and I took a long vacation to Calif. and the car ran flawlessly. Geoff Gall, Bothell
