I had a root touch up yesterday and Tara really worked with me and explained all my options and color choices. She went through the hair samples with me and talked me through the tones and what she recommended. My two previous root touch ups were done elsewhere and the experience was horrible, leaving looking like I still had roots. Thank you so much!!
