It had been years since I traded in any of my old jewelry for cash. I wasn't looking forward to it now, as I was skeptical of being treated fairly. After seeing postive earlier reviews about NW Gold and Diamond, I made an appointment. It turned out I was exceedingly pleased with everything--the location and safety of the office, the comfortable and rather classy setting, and, above all, Mark's professionalism and fairness. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with NW Gold and Diamonds again, and I will certainly recommend them to anyone interested in turning their gold into cash. I am so glad I held out until I took the time to do some online research which led me here.
