I ordered an item from Cameras Brookwood that I could see would have to be backordered. They were good enough to send me an email to make sure I understood that the item was not in stock, but that they would mail it once it was available. I was prepared to wait weeks for the item. Less than a week later, I received another email from Cameras Brookwood telling me that the item was going to ship. The item arrived a few days later - exactly as I had ordered it.
