I give this place 0 stars. They are a bunch of con-artists. They will say anything and come up with fake deals of the day to make you buy. They do NOT tell you that their services are non-refundable. Check their reviews on Measuredup as well. They have the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. I am making a vow to spread how horrible they are and one day look forward to when they are out of business. That's how deceiving and shady they are. They are NOT professionals. Whenever you call you can never speak to the manager because she is dealing with "complications" How many complications can one place have? Or are they just brushing me off? Either way they are terrible. PLEASE DO NOT GO. And, yes the positive reviews are all from their own employees!! And, I should have picked up on it but the girl who sold me laser hair removal was HAIRY herself even after she raved about her treatments she got at bioderm, so obviously they do not work! PLEASE DO NOT GO!!!!! I moved away and the girl told me I would get my money back and to this day I am still waiting!
