Thru expansion and all they have managed to keep the quality that they have always been known for. Let me start with lunch...they have a buffet that runs about $6.00, not a super large assortment but very high quality and will keep you coming back over and over. Dinner, my favorite is the Mongolian Beef and their super duper soup bowl...which is a massive bowl of soup with noodles and wantons, for me enough of a meal (not to mention if you have left overs they will bag the noodles & wantons separate from the soup and give you a whole quart of broth to go home with) Since remodeling they have a very nice sushi bar (haven't tried but heard it is very good), and treat you very upscale for a local restaurant...right down to bringing you a warm cloth to "wash" with before you eat. Included with every meal are a very nice assortment of appetizers also. So worth the rather long wait. The only downside is I'm not crazy about them for carryouts...they seem so skimp on them, but that doesn't stop me ever from going there for dinner.
