As always, Traci Recla makes it a pleasure to come back for service! RO# 105635. Hence, despite being extremely frugal (cheap), I still know I get the best service, both maintenance and customer service for my dollar(s). As a Retired Navy Nuclear Submarine Commander, I understand the value of Quality in Service. Getting stuck out in the middle of Idaho Desert is not a pretty site, yet, I never have even considered that Traci and Peterson Lexus would give me anything less than 110% from the service dept. Hence, I don't even check tires, fluids and oils before an immediate long trip because I feel comfortable it was done correctly. Thanks Traci and Lexus Service Dept. Curt Rideout
