We were in trouble and needed help. We knew what we had to do, but hated to go through Bankruptcy. First, we made an appointment with an different attorney and spent $600 listening to Bible stories and the Constitutional rights that it was our "God given right to file". But we were only eligible for a Chapter 7.
There was too much at stake, our home, our business, our inheritance properties. We were at a loss. So I found Michael's office on Citysearch with rave reviews and thought "Why not, it was free to check them out".
We made an appointment and met with Sofya. She was warm, but all business (thank goodness). We answered her questions and she figured out how to get us through a Chapter 13. Eureka!!! Someone with a clue of how to REALLY help us. We supplied the information she requested and answered her emails promptly. And in return, she walked us through every step of the process. Went to bat for us when the court wanted to up our payments. She really understood our position and what we needed. Kept us informed every step of the way. Gave us the instructions as to what we needed to do. Kept us on track. It was as perfect of an experience as bankruptcy can be. We didn't feel like failures, she made it easy and put us in a position to salvage our lives and our livelyhood. Can not thank her enough.
We met Michael, a perfectly charming gentleman and felt comfortable that our case was in good hands with his firm.
We would highly recommend their services. We are so blessed that they had the know how to help us.
