I highly recommend anyone considering filing for bankrupcty to give Michael a call. He goes out of his way to accomodate your schedule and his superior intellect (he's a distinguished and elite member of MENSA), coupled with the fact that he is a bankruptcy specialist (only a handful of those around), gives him the leverage to handle a variety of cases from the simplest to the more complicated ones which (like in my case) may baffle other attorneys. His California vibe, no BS and wit is exactky what I needed during those stressful months when other attorneys were giving me a the run around! From the very first time I spoke to Michael over the phone, I felt that he is a cut above the rest. Meeting him for my initial consult just firmd it up that he was indeed the obvious choice. Don't waste your time and gas (like I did) meeting with a bunch attorneys who won't fully answer all your questions. When filing for bankruptcy, it is imperitive that you go with someone that has that extra edge of knowledge, as it can make the difference from getting or not getting your discharge. Call Michael....you would be glad you did. He is by far the best in his field.
