I was very skeptical about finding a dr. when I moved to this area because I loved my prev. ob/gyn but Dr. Hutcheson is the absolute tops! It takes a visit or two to get used to him, but he is truly wonderful. His nurses are awesome and if you have any questions you can call their voice mail line, and they will call you back that day. Many offices don't do this or have receptionists answer the phone who don't know anything and/or get snotty. They also have a lab to take blood work and an ultra sound machine so no need to go to other places or hospitals which can be a pain. Their other office in Richmond has a super-sensitive ultrasound machine and a specialist to deal with pre-natal ultrasounds-Dr. Troyer who is also great!
I really like the set-up and would recommend Virginia Women's Center to anyone having a baby or just needing a gynecologist.
