Hired Mr. Zinn in '05,to handle my Ca. W-C case. Mr. Zinn lied so many times to me I lost count. He refused to file with the WCAB anything after the W-C Ins. Carrier stole money from my PD Acct.., violating the Labor Code, and cheating me out of $1356.60. I realized after I got rid of him, why he wouldn't take the matter to the Court. He would have collected 15%, his legal fee, of the $1356. whether the Carrier paid it or stole, it wouldn't matter he'd get his 15% anyway. No wonder he didn't want to file! He would have made 15% of the money the Carrier stole anyway!
This is but a fraction of the things I could tell you about this attorney. Suffice it to say, in my opinion, you should not hire and or trust this atty., Dennis Zinn, under any circumstances.
Years after firing Dennis Zinn I am still trying to undue the damage he did to my case. Now I'm 'pro per' , representing myself. Did I get the $1356. back, that Zinn refused to file anything with the W-C Court about?
You bet your a*# I did. How much you want to bet Zinn will try and collect with his15% lien, part of the $1356. I had to get myself????
DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ATTORNEY!!!!
