"Great" all around! "Mike" arrived 15 minutes early, ahead of the 2-hour window, and with minimal effort emtied the old water heater and hauled it out, He installed the new one, recommended that we earthquake-proof it but didn't require it, and within 40 minutes he was done, complete with new fittings & hoses. Very professional, timely, efficient, and friendly. Thank you Fast Water Heating Company!
