Thru this 6 week process of getting my daughters MINI repaired I have dealt with the 2 most professional people that I have ever experienced. Roger and Marshall are top notch people who set and incredible standard for your company. They are the example of what true customer service is and what relationships with a customer means. Had I not had the pleasure of meeting these 2 gentalmen and dealing with them I would have gone away from this 6 week ordeal with out any tyoe of satisfaction or faith that there are still good people in the world. Roger and Marshall thank you from the bottom of all the Boss hearts.
