The most amazing experience I have ever had. In the waiting room, the stress and heat of the day disappeared as sitting on the couch I drank purified lemon flavored chilled water while dim lights and soft music soothed my ragged nerves. Entering the sauna, I felt the heat start in my core and radiate out, within a short time, I could feel the toxins leaving my body as sweat dripped off me in cleansing torrents. Cool rag and water just outside provided just the type of occasional reprieve necessary as the infrared melted away all the negativity and tension that I had been bottling up. I emerged, transcended. On the couch, skilled hands found the hot spots that days of being on my feet had tightened. I could hear the pops of muscles releasing as the foot treatment lifted me into unknown heights of nirvana. As the massage began, I became putty in the talented hands, as they dug deep into the muscles, pushing past their resistance until finally the knots gave in, letting go of the toxins that had built up inside as my entire body shuddered. Cooling down from the heat, the scented oils filled my nose, soothing and invigorating my senses as I slowly returned to consciousness as each joint was slowly rotated and stretched, allowing the circulation to begin removing everything that had been bundled inside.
Sitting on the couch outside, sipping water in the dim lighting, it was as if I had emerged from the depths, reborn, a new, better person. Words cannot do justice for the experience. Needless to say, I plan on returning. Very very soon.
