Review content:
WHile U & Urs does great work, their customer service is terrible. I have been in several times looking for custom embroidery work and have left disappointed each and every time. The owners hire high school kids to work there, and while I like the idea of giving kids a job, I would like to be helped appropriately rather than having to wait for them to stop chatting with their friends long enough to be rude to me and point to a book of embroidery.
