Review content:
The service at Cesar is so extremely horrible I almost don't have words for it. The exterior gives the illusion that this is a classy place, but once inside and slapped with the realty that the staff and owners are apparently to occuppied with themselves to even give you the time of day, you will quickly be heading for the door. If you decide to stay and have a drink make sure you check your bill! I have been overcharged the few times I have been there! EVERYTIME!
