I am so sick of this place. I have been here at least 5 times and every time I go I say never again. But people keep giving me gift cards here so I say what the heck....its free.But seriously, I have NEVER had a good experience. The massage therapists are horrible! I went two weeks ago for a massage, facial, mani/pedi. I felt like I was getting a massage by a cat! No pressure at all then she starting slapping my muscles and stretching my joints til I screamed. I started laughing a few times. And the facial....I asked her for a support for under my knees and she said she left it at home. And they used to put warm mitts on your hands and feet while giving the facials....nothing. At least my mani/pedi girl was awesome. Except the pedi chairs were awful, so old and outdated. They dont even massage they just vibrate.I told her about my experience and she asked if she should tell her supervisor. I said after I leave, I just wont come back.Its always so loud, with the therapists all waiting around using their cell phones. Really unproffesional. Its too bad because its a beautiful place. Do not waste your money people.
