THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LET PREPARE MY TAXES. THEY PREPARED MY TAXES IN 1998 AND I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE MY RETURN. THEY DISREGARD BEING HELPFUL AND AS LONG AS THIER FEE IS COVERED THE HELL WITH THE REST. MY ADVICE IS YOU WOULD HAVE A BETTER CHANCE PREPARING THEM YOURSELF.
