I just called them and they were absolutely rude to me.
I got a deal on a certified pre-owned Mazda3 i from another dealer. Then, I saw an ad in the mail from Mazda of Clear Lake which was about a month old on my table. I decided maybe I should call Clear Lake up. The new Mazda3 s deal that they were offering was similar to the cost of the used Mazda3 i. Even though it was a downgrade, a new car would be better than a used one.
I called and mentioned the ad. I figured the starting price was for the standard and went up from there. He was like that doesn't exist and told me in a really rude tone, "Are you sure it was Clear Lake because we don't have that." Yes, I am sure. I was looking at the ad. Then, he later told me in a condescending way what the prices of the other models were. Oh yeah, and he transfered me to the manager. They all acted like I was wasting their time.
Thanks for saving me the trip down there. I will take my business somewhere else.
