Review content:
The place is a really cool concept and has a beautifull setting. However the staff and service are anything but. When we arrived the place was almost empty, it was on a Tues. We asked if we could get a cozy table, as we were celebrating. We were told no. Went to the back bar and when the bartender finaly made it over, it was funny to see her expression, as we ordered a 250+ bottle of champange. We were told to have a seat, in a table that the hostess said was not available. It took a bit, but when our bottle did arrive it was great. However, that was the end of the service! Except of course for the bill. This place really could use a customer service overhaul. There are lot's of great place to order over priced champange in the city. If you are going to have an attitude, you better back it up!
