Review content:
ProAir installed a new high efficiency gas furnace for me and added a condenser for AC. They are good guys and the system seems to work fine. However, they never returned to finish the job. I had pipes running across my living room and up the side of the house for months. They had agreed to box in the pipes with soffit so they werent visible, and enclose the ugly external portion. I was repeatedly promised visits and phone calls over the months of waiting, and was repeatedly blown off. Had to pay someone else to do the interior work, and still have black pipes up the side of the house. If there are any aesthetics involved beyond simply installing equipment, look elsewhere.
