Review content:
I got into a car accident. Jeff's was called by the police not by my choice. It took 40 minutes to arrive (for a 5 minute drive.. is was during business hours on a Thursday)
That isnt the part that was horrible. I requested my car be brought to a specific location where someone would be waiting for him. The driver agreed. I went about my day even though upset and shaken up from the accident.
I get a call AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER after the car should have arrived at its destination that the car was not there. I called their regurlar number left a message, then the "emergency" phone and left a message there too. Over the next hour tried calling the emergency number yet still no answer.
Funny how when the police called them and there is money to be made they answer....
Never got a return call. I had to call the next day and I was informed the car was in their lot. No explaination, no apologies, NO ANYTHING.
I assume they are so desperate for money he decided (I think it was the owner Jeff btw) to bring it to their lot so they would get the overnight storage fee. I am sure the reason they are so desperate for a storage fee is their OBVIOUS unprofessionalism. Will tell everyone that has ears about this experience as well as the better business bureau... absolutely dreadful!
