We took our seven year old daughter to him over the concern about her Preauricular Cysts on her left ear. He said it was such a simple procedure that he would have done in in his office and it would have taken him 10 minutes to do that?!
Through our daughter he received the privilage to do the surgery in Children,s hospital. This guy was so nervous, that before surgery when he came to talk to us, he basically could not talk in a normal way, and after the surgery even though I was sitting right in front of the main door he could not find me.
Make a very long and painful story short, his diability in doing the procedure caused a very bad infection, for 5 months we had to pack and unpack the site of surgery three times a day, and basically we had to torture her, for five months. Tha amount of antibiotics that was put in her syatem was so high , that afterward she had stomach pain for months. Finally we found another ENT which happened to be one of the kindest and best doctors that I have ever seen, and he did another surgery and she was fine. When I cancelled her last appointment with Javheri, I did not mention anything about the new doctor. This heartless so called MD Javaheri, called me after two minths just to say, what happened to you guys.
I am begging you not let him to touch you or your loved ones for any procedure. This guy is a heartless and veru unprofessional person. The least he could do was to say that he was sorry.
