I was searching for the perfect engagement ring. I was going to be in Austin for business and stumbled upon the website for Whitefire and decided to give them a call to schedule an appointment. I spoke to Joseph Villarreal on the phone and I shared with him the details of the diamond that I was looking for. Once we sat down to look at the diamond that Joseph had found for me at no point during our meeting did he push me to buy it or to sell me something more expensive or something that I was not looking for nor did he exaggerate the characteristics of the diamond; he was not a salesperson but a connoisseur sharing his information with me. He actually found a better diamond that I had asked for and he kept his compromise of working within my budget. He was very patient and was extremely diligent in his responses and explanations of everything that had to do with the diamond at hand as well as diamonds in general. I was more than pleased with the diamond I purchased but more so with the service I got at Whitefire. Joseph was great and I would recommend Whitefire to anybody who wants quality service as well as quality products.
