Review content:
The spa was located in the middle of no where in a somewhat run down old parking lot and matching run down old house that was overly decorated with kitch. My actually spa service (a facial) was ok but I just wasn't convinced that the technician knew what they were doing and later that night I noticed that I still had some blackheads in my t-zone and I had since the appointment that morning broken out with whiteheads. There were some little things that just damaged the experience as well, like hearing traffic outside, the creaky floors, being ignored while desk staff was on the phone upon arrival, and having gunk all over the pen that I was given to fill out paperwork. Honestly it felt like I was shopping at Kmart but paying Macys prices. Would not go back.
