Review content:
I had to take my car into this shop in April of 2009 to have the back windshield replaced and a dent on the roof taken care of because of an accident I was in shortly before. The windows on my vehicle are tinted and have been since I bought it 9 years ago. When they had to replace the rear windshield this created an issue that the new window tinting on it would not match the existing tinting on my car. The gentleman that handled my estimate, Manuel, decided the only way to go was to re-tint the rear windows in my car so that it would match the new window (his idea, not mine)...problem solved, right? The first vendor they had do the tinting did a horrible job...he ended up tinting the rear window 3 times and still could not get it right...kept having bubbles appear on the defroster lines, but he did the rear windows and there were no bubbles so they were fine. After the first vendor could not get the rear window right, they called a different vendor to come in and finally someone who got it right...problem solved...or so I thought. Well it has been 16 months since the work was completed and the back windows that were re-tinted have faded half of what they should be (looks really bad), so I contacted the shop to have them take a look and fix the issue. But surprise...they have no record of ever doing the back windows and the original gentleman I worked with in April of 2009 is no longer employed there, which is the problem because he authorized the work and he isn't there to consult over what was done prior. The shop remembers me coming in very often to come in and approve the work as it was being done and the issues that were making it a longer ordeal but they have no record of the work! If you need to take your vehicle in for any work, be it accident repair or maintanence do not take it to this shop because if they neglect to update their records and something is wrong with repairs they have made later down the road, more than likely they will not stand by the work they have done and they will not correct the issue and say they have no records. Save your time, effort and money and go elsewhere!
