Review content:
I scheduled a facial with Jill from Karma a few months back (I like to try a new spa every now and again) after reading the reviews below. I felt that she was “good,” but not “great.” I get a facial about every three months due to congestion on my nose and chin, so I was looking for someone to really work those areas, as well as the rest of my face. I didn’t feel that my face got the attention it needed during that visit. When I got home I examined my skin and it just didn’t look like I had a “deep cleansing” and it didn't have that rejuvenated feel so I called the spa I normally go to and scheduled a facial (just a few short weeks after this visit). As the post below mentions, she does not leave the room while you mask. In my case she gave me a leg and foot massage, which was nice, but I don’t mind being left alone to mask, it gives me time to relax and rejuvenate. One last thing.. I’d like to say that Jill was VERY nice and courteous, she just wasn’t right for me.
