Review content:
Mediocre experience for an over-the-top price. This is not the place to go for a mani/pedi. First, I had to change my appt 3 times the day before to accomodate them for an appt that I made a week before. Then, after arriving on time, I waited 25 minutes before being seen. The staff were more interested in chatting amongst themselves then concentrating on doing the nails. Finally, my nails started to chip within 24 hours. Seriously, the cheap nail salons down the road are better priced, they take more time on your nails, and they still use the OPI products. As for the establishment itself. You can see the toilet from the hair salon. Gross. They serve coffee out of styrofoam cups. I hardly would rate this place as a five star hair salon/spa.
