I had some gray so I went for a consultation. Deborah seemed nice and suggested I go permanent to cover the grays. I had the color put in and was happy leaving the salon, since Deborah said there were no more grays. When I got home I took a close look and saw that about 50% of my gray was still there (I didn't have much to begin with, just over my ears). I called Catherine, the owner, and explained my disappointment. She said basically the color was not left on long enough and sometimes a dark blonde will not cover grays very well. Deborah never told me there was a possibility they wouldn't be covered. Catherine offered to fix the problem for me. So I made my second trip to the salon. Catherine treated me terribly when I was there and even began the conversation by saying the gray really wasn't that bad. Whether it was bad or not was not the issue, it should not have been there at all. A client should not have to find gray hair at home after being told it is gone. If I was given an explanation when I was leaving about the gray not being covered that would have been fine...next time we'll leave it in longer, but I was not told this. The owner was very unsympathetic and made me feel that I was making a big deal out of nothing. I felt very disrespected. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
