Review content:
I visited Fresche back in March upon seeing their ad in the Savvy Shopper. They had a coupon for new clients if you booked with specific stylists. I wanted to go to Fresche to experience a trendy, up-scale salon to treat myself before my wedding. I booked for a base color and cut. I have very dark hair, almost black with a small amount of gray hair mixed in. I've been dying my hair for quite some time covering the gray up. I told the stylist that my gray hair can be "resistant" to color so she made sure to let the color process longer. The hair color was okay the first day - I could still see traces of a "white-ish" strand of hair here and there. Little did I realise though, that when I went to wash my hair the next day how much hair dye would come out. My tub was black with excess hair dye that was left in my hair. The stylist obviously did not rinse thoroughly. Upon multiple washings, the dye all but washed out and I make sure to use color-safe hair products. I was shocked as I can do a better job myself with a box from the drug store. I did like my haircut but this place was NOT what I was hoping for!
