Simon's Specialty Cheese is a great store. They have the best cheese in town. They also have sausages and bottled milk. They are a little more expensive than the grocery store, but the quality of food is better, also. Their products are always very fresh. They are in a great location (right by the highway between Freedom and Appleton) and have plenty of parking. They have decent hours. They store has a very clean and inviting exterior and is always clean and neat inside, also. They do wonderful gift baskets for the holidays and other occasions.
